If the end-user receives the incorrect product / damaged product during transit / defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately within 2 days when you receive the products on 7439430590 or email us at support@lavyajewels.com. In this case, We will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the existing ones from you.
If in case, if we fail to replace it with the same product, it may happen in a single stock product, the end-user may choose some other product of the same worth.
Returned products need to be received by us within 7 days. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return/replacement.
Returns are not applicable and not encouraged in case you don`t like the product, it does not suit your face, not matching to your clothes, or for any other reason.
Any order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the same through our website or by e-mail to support@lavyajewels.com.
Any request for cancellation after 24 hours shall be subject to the return policy of Lavya Jewels. For return policy please refer to our FAQ’s Section.
Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount within 1 week.
